Answer 1: Do you provide design-only services?

Yes we frequently do. Design-only comes handy for companies that have in-house or local machining services available to them.

Answer 2: Can you integrate machinery purchased from elsewhere?

Yes we can. We provide custom tailored tooling that will integrate with your existing or newly purchased new/used equipment.

Answer 3: Do you refurbish and tool-up machines?

Yes we do. 

Answer 4: Can you guide us to design our own tooling and machinery?

Yes we can. We provide a variety of custom tailored training courses as well as software that will aid you in designing your own tooling and machinery.

Answer 5: Can you consult with us on used machinery regarding pricing, procurement and quality?

Yes we can. We provide a variety of consultancy services which include advice and evaluation of used machinery

Answer 6: Do you offer on-site visits?

Yes we do. We can visit your site for setup, training, installation, maintenance and other purposes as required.

Yes. We have visited many different locations/countries over the years on four continents, including Australia, India, Jordan, Cyprus, Spain, Dominican Republic, Mexico, UK, New Zealand & Madagascar.

Answer 8: Can you provide training at our location on our equipment?

Yes we can. With over 40 years combined experience in the roll forming industry we have developed a vast knowledge that we have been able to share within our comprehensive training courses and materials.

Answer 9: Do you do custom roll forming/toll processing?

No we do not.

Answer 10: Do you have experience with roll forming exotic materials?

Yes we do - beryllium copper, titanium, textile mesh substrates and wire mesh.

Answer 11: What is the range of thickness you have built machines/tooling for?

From 0.002" to 7/8"   /  From 0.05mm to 22mm /

Answer 12: Do you have experience with forming high strength materials?

Yes, up to 450Ksi yield strength.
